Matrix in ASCII is, well exactly as it sounds - The Matrix in ASCII art. Actually, scenes done in full motion ASCII. Check it out, it's pretty impressive.

The World as a Blog - a real time & updating display of weblog postings, around the world, via a flash based map of the globe.

Whenever someone updates a blog that pings Weblogs.com, you get a blip and a small summary window on the world map. You can add the tags to your own site/blog, and whenever you update it will appear on the map as well. There's even an available location based list of people/blogs near you (click the green GeoURL button up on the top left of this page). Pretty darn cool.

Now to post this and watch it show up on the map :-P

Someone took Nickelback's first horrible song, and mixed it with their latest drek - having one song play through the left channel, and one through the right channel. Side by side, they are nearly the exact same friggin song! The RIAA is trying to blame "file sharing" for dropping CD sales? Yeah Right - How about putting out some non-shitty music for a change! The Register is reporting that Morrissey was detained in an LAX terror swoop. In typical El-Reg fashion, they mention:

"It is not yet clear whether or the US officials involved had listened to Meat is Murder, or whether they thought they had a match on notorious Manchester terror mastermind Anwar al-Morrissey."

We've all seen them, eBay auctions that seem were created for the sole purpose of inciting a humorous reaction. This one is just too good not to pass on. The only thing funnier than his description of the router table is his responses to emails.
